🎧 Betes Breaks™

Welcome to Betes Breaks™ — a Storytelling and Mindfulness platform featured at the
American Diabetes Association (ADA) Scientific Sessions.

Betes Breaks: Storytelling Series weaves together lived experience and systemic insight to reimagine what’s possible in diabetes care.

Through narrative, Sabella Larkin illuminates the spaces where care, data, and community intersect — and where they don’t. Each story reveals how lived experience serves as a synaptic bridge across these gaps, sparking innovation, equity, and whole-person healing. These aren’t just stories — they’re maps toward a more humane and integrated future in diabetes care.
